An Error

I passed by the South of Yangtze River
Encountering a cheek waiting in seasons

As the lotus bloomed and withered
Not appeared the east wind
Nor flied the catkin
A tiny lonely city was your heart
Quite like the pitch street
Toward the dark
Inaudible were your footsteps
And curtain in March rolled
A tiny closed window was your heart

My galloping clop made a wonderful error
Madam, I wasn’t your man awaited to return
But a passer-by

ERROR夠了﹐不用加AN。PASS BY是從邊上走過。這裡可能得用THROUGH。A CHEEK不妥。難道只看到一側臉﹖較好的譯法是﹕encountering the visage (literary word) waiting in the season when the lotus bloomed and withered. 抱歉。今天晚了。有空再與你探討。
