遥夜沉沉如水，
风紧驿亭深闭。
梦破鼠窥灯，
霜送晓寒侵被。
无寐，无寐，
门外马嘶人起。
So still as water is the long night;
In high wind the post house shuts tight.
My dream's broken by a rat peeping at the light;
The quilt's in dawn chill sent by frost bright.
Sleepless overnight! Sleepless overnight!
Outside, men and neighing horses in sight.
