穿行阿姆斯特丹的运河 就像阅读荷兰的史记 Walk across the Amsterdam Canal, feel like reading a story of Holland 那里曾经的创造精神 依然在文明中传承 The creation spirit ever, still inherits in civilization 他们爱花如诗 爱人如神 爱美如歌 They love flowers as poems, love human as gods, love beauty as songs 他们把郁金花都种在心里 长在水中 The tulip are planted in heart, growing in water 更刻在冰清玉洁的钻石上 去承载绚丽的梦 Even engraved on the pure gem, to undertake a gorgeous dream 还有沃伦丹童话般的小渔村 那都是他们心中的天堂 And the fairytale fishing village in Volendam, that is their paradise in hearts
他们爱穿木屐 是怕玷污和踩疼脚下的那片 They love the wooden shoes, for fear of staining and hurting the earth 生养他们的土地 他们自古就知道 At their feet and that breeds, they know from ancient times 水是生命珍贵的血液 土地是他们慈爱的母亲 Water is the precious blood of life, the earth is their loving mother 那些古老的风车 虽然不再浇灌田园 Those old windmill, though nevermore for irrigation 但它又成为风向标 永远留在欧洲人的心里 It becomes a wind vane forever in hearts of the Europe 他们深爱自己的家园 也很喜欢“北方威尼斯”的美称 They love their homeland deep, and like the good name, Venice of the North
