天下兴亡，匹夫有责！
国家强弱，公司当忧！
喜当今政府真有胸怀全球胆略

俄罗斯若无雄心勃勃之明主
如何能占我北方万里疆土？
中国若无不思进取之昏君
版图怎会缩成一只孵卵的母鸡？

天下格局，无时不变
世事春秋，岂会永恒？
无谋必陷被动
有算能占先机

我等小民，自谦是无能之辈
若有机遇，自信是国之栋梁
岂能整日吟哦风花雪月
……

Rise or fall of a nation is every man's responsibility!
A company should worry about and take care of her mother country
On hearing a Chinese company win the bid of an Iraqi oilfield,
I'm so happy for our government's strategy for the whole world!
Had Russia without it's ambitious tsar of great wisdom
How could they have occupied thousands of miles of our northern?
If China had no those coward, complacent kings, and the stupid last queen
How could China's territory have shrunk to a shape of a hatching hen?

The world’s map is constantly changing
How could the international political pattern be ever lasting?
A nation must be easily trapped in passive without strategy-seeking
Advantages can only be obtained with pre-planning
We modestly call ourselves incompetent and useless grass-root civilians
Had an opportunity given, we are confident to be pillars of our nation
How can we dally away days just in singing romantic songs and poems
Those who worry about the country should clamor for the expansion of the nation's influence......

不要闹出笑话来哦，呵呵呵，'a gut' = 一段肠子，呵呵呵， 以前有人将‘胸有成竹’翻为‘there is an adult bamboo in one's chest', 呵呵呵，有勇气和胆量要用复数 - guts, 呵呵呵
Guts is the will and courage to do something which is difficult or unpleasant, or which might have unpleasant results. N-UNCOUNT informal

The new Chancellor has the guts to push through unpopular tax increases.
• It takes more guts than I've usually got to go and see him.

喜当今政府真有胸怀全球胆略
‘vision‘ might be better than 'guts', for 'guts' is not quite fit here, though you can say so.
For a simpler version, it can go like this -
So happy our government's got a global strategy
呵呵呵，看来咱们张同学的前世一定和那老沙结下了梁子了，呵呵呵，不然的话，为什么会在其每首诗里都要牵一牵那老沙的头皮呢，哈哈哈
