书海
The Sea of Books
The fleeting time causes my pain,
I sail at my will on the sea of books.
Without heart for fame and gain,
How can worries erode my looks!
For the fleeting time I always feel pain,
On the sea of books I sail left and right.
Without any desire for fame and gain,
My earthly worries vanish out of sight!
Fleeting time is the cause of my pain
At will I sail the ocean of many books
My heart desires neither fame nor gain
And toils leave no trace on my looks!
The Biblio-Sea
No time and tide wait for me,
As I sail on the high biblio-sea.
No desire for any gain or fame,
So no sign of shame or blame.
The fleeting time stirs my pain,
I drown myself in myriad books.
I am far from the fame and gain,
Toils leave nothing on my looks.
