呵呵，晒一晒十年前的旧文吧。
我崇尚简朴自然的生活，像那奔流向东的江河，时时唱着欢快之歌；像那飘游四方的云朵，处处跳着轻妙之舞；它们都快乐自在，因为它们拥有自己的空间，独享其趣。江河以奔入大海怀抱为最大幸福；云朵以阅尽人间风光为至高快乐。世间一切都“因缘有定”，全身心投入现在的辛勤耕耘，该来的总会在某个成熟的时刻拜访你，让你沉浸于收获的无限喜悦中。
我们能把握的只有现在，过去的成为记忆，将来的还是梦想，而且要实现美好的梦想，关键也在于现在的努力创造。领悟这层道理，就该立足现在，带着新奇的眼光全心活在当下的每一瞬间，生活的海洋总会不断涌现美丽浪花，保持纯朴敏感之心，便会感受到世间被人们迟钝眼光忽略的美，整个世界绝不是一幅枯燥乏味的画面。
生命就像一次长途旅行，其价值只能用你体验生命的深浅来衡量，结局和过程相比，那只是一篇文章的句号，精彩处应在文中体会；许多人执著那个美丽但虚幻的所谓远景目标，没有用心去细细感受沿途的许多美丽风景，等奔赴到目的地，收获的喜悦一瞬间便烟消云散，此时回顾往昔时光，心中并没有几多生动可爱的影像值得回味，仿佛虚度一般，难道不遗憾吗？
朋友，请放开你自己，抛开虚幻的目标，全心感受生命时空的每一丝风每一丝雨，这才是生活的真谛！

从都市喜剧《爱情公寓》里摘抄的。
我现在知道为什么没人理你了，因为你内心深处，隐藏着一种恐惧感。

圣经马太福音里有关于不要忧虑的论述，我觉得很有道理：Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat,and the body than raiment?
6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
6:28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
