湖上
On the Lake

花开红树乱莺啼，
草长平湖白鹭飞。
风日晴和人意好，
夕阳箫鼓几船归。
In red-bloomed trees orioles everywhere cry;
Over the grass by the calm lake the egrets fly.
Tourists feel high in the breeze and sunshine;
At sunset the boats return with music so fine.
