Autumn rain means you lie in bed lazy to rise but cannot sleep
Autumn rain means you think of many things far and near none of them deep
Autumn rain means leaves fall flowers wither sky cloudy roads muddy lovers sleepy
Autumn rain means insects weep birds groan walkers frown poets moody
The old older the young riper the cool cooler the bright darken the soft harden
All seem moving towards their final destinations in either earth or heaven…
And then world awakens noises replace silence hand drills drilling women loud complain
As if by magic and all of a sudden, life begins again!

My eaves low,
