天籁
Sounds of Nature

君自峨嵋来，
酒城喜开怀。
相对无多语，
静心听天籁。
O you come from Mountain Emei,
The delight's more than I can say.
Now we need no more expression,
But listen to nature in meditation.

The Heavenly Sound      
You have come afar from Mount Ermei,
Giving me, Jiucheng, such a great pleasure.
Sitting face to face, few words did we say,
But listen to the heavenly music at leisure.

You came all the way down from Mountain Ermei,
I felt the capital of Wine was happy as happiness may.
Face to face we sat, words were just unnecessary,
Since the sounds of Nature had taken our hearts away.

Afar from Mt. Emei you come,
Big smiles blossom in my bosom.
Little to say though face to face,
O, list, heavenly sound in space.
