Fruitless Love - Frowning in Vain

一个是阆苑仙葩，
一个是美玉无瑕。
若说没奇缘，
今生偏又遇着他，
若说有奇缘，
如何心事终虚化。
One's a flower at a fairy place,
The other's a spotless jade in grace.
Were it not a special affinity,
Why should they meet by destiny?
Were it really a special one,
Why should their love yield none?
一个枉自喈呀，
一个空劳牵挂。
一个是水中月，
一个是镜中花。
想眼中能有多少泪珠儿，
怎经得秋流到冬尽，
春流到夏？
She sighs again and again,
He just burns for her in vain.
One's the moon in water,
The other's a flower in mirror.
How many sad tears in her eyes
Can flow thro' seasons till she dies?

看来，我还有点儿眼光。呵呵。

第二行里的 the other's, 我想 's 是否可以省略？Not so sure, just ask.
第二节，直接译秋到冬，春到夏不可以吗？比翻译成 she dies 含蓄, subtle.
我没翻译过这类古诗词，只是凭感觉说说， feel free to ignore.
