國內時﹐有個年青人要我代他寫封英文情書﹐寄給女朋友﹐以表示自己的才學。雖
不以虛假作風為然﹐但友人之子﹐無法推卻﹐勉為其難。今閑中無事﹐知現今年青
男士中﹐欲顯示其借來之才學者﹐不乏其人﹐故寫就中英雙語情書一封﹐供需求者
之套用。凡用本稿者﹐不需徵我同意與否﹐直接下錄使用即可。但須確定﹕貴女友
不上此網站﹐見我此帖﹐否則如遭其詢問之下﹐必無言以對﹐甚或當即拜拜﹐功虧
一簣。勿謂言之不預也。
中文稿﹕
某某女士如晤﹐自相識以來﹐倩影常縈夢懷。一日三秋﹐無時釋念。雖有電話之便﹐
嬌音可聆﹐熒屏之顯﹐玉容能窺。但乏纖手之握﹐芳肌之親﹔兩地相違﹐相思難已。
若能常得聚首﹐誠所望矣。泛輕舟於平湖﹐得並肩於長椅。臥綠茵之芊芊﹐摘紅花
之馨馨。或坐濃蔭之下﹐喁喁情話﹔或步曲徑之間﹐款款軟語。時聞麝蘭之氣﹐偶
見羞赧之顏。言及幽默﹐則有微笑之色﹔時或戲逐﹐卻睹迷人之態。攜食野餐﹐箸
上之玉指尖尖﹔低頭啜飲﹐頷下之雪頸彎彎。微風颺颺﹐長髮飄飄﹔巧笑殷殷﹐梨
渦俏悄。襯碧空之湛湛兮﹐霞舉若仙﹔渺湖波之粼粼兮﹐洛神再現。入電影院﹐暗
中妙目映光﹔去咖啡廳﹐舞池玉足生輝。進進退退﹐耳鬢廝磨﹔卿卿我我﹐情愫益
濃。若能長相廝守﹐實吾之願。速歸來兮﹐莫使望穿秋水。把筆之餘﹐不盡欲言。
悵然寄書﹐順祝妝祺。某某手啟。
英文稿﹕
My Dear Miss So-and-So,
Since I made your acquaintance, your lovely image has loomed in my mind's
eye. Just as an ancient Chinese poem has it, it seems that three autumns
have elapsed if we don't see each other for a day. Although I can hear your
sweet voice over the phone, and see your pretty face on the computer screen,
thanks to modern technology, yet I wish that we can be close together so
that I can hold your hands in mine to have a feeling of reality. I always
imagine that we are rowing a boat on a smooth lake, face to face with each
other, or walking side by side on a footpath among flowers and trees. I
can imagine that I am hugging you and you resting your head on my chest,
and we dancing to the soft music, you so gracefully. 這裡﹐如果要用此文的
話﹐可以再加上許多想象。如果加上後﹐自己覺得文筆不夠漂亮﹐可以跟貼在此﹐我
會幫助修改的。
        I wish that we can unite in holy matrimony in the nearest future so that
we can both turn over a new page -- a page with the mixture of two individuals
into a happy union and a page with the fond hope for a new life born to
us. You can rest assured that I will love you for the rest of my life
with all my heart, until seas go dry and rocks turn rotten. I'm eagerly awaiting
your earliest reply.

說明﹕因為沒有具體情況﹐只能泛泛而寫﹐所以不能寫得深刻。如果有人要我代寫
情書﹐可把要寫內容跟貼於下。分文不取。閒暇之餘﹐老夫聊發少年狂。代寫情書﹐
喚起年青時之情懷。據說可以活得長一點。

little see, much surprise (coined from  "long time no see").  If a native speaker of English, i.e., a girl reads it, she will feel funny.

"Little see" is okay. There is no offense in it. The funny things occur elsewhere in your English translations. For instance, if something "looms in your mind's eye", it is not always a "lovely image". The Chinese original is 自相識以來 倩影常縈夢懷. So you often see her lovely image in your dreams when you are asleep. To use your mind's eye, you must be awake.
The second sentence opens with "Just as an ancient Chinese poem has it, it seems that...", and gives an impression that from a Chinese poem you have read something, but now you feel uncertain about it. The Chinese original 一日三秋 無時釋念 means quite the opposite.
