                      威廉·莎士比亚   William Shakespeare

                                我想把你比作夏日的晴天,
                                但夏日哪有你的温柔平和?
                                恶风抽打五月嫩稚的花蕾,
                                四季轮回难留时光的过客;
                                酷暑的骄阳往往目光如电,
                                金色的面庞时时雾障云遮;
                                机遇或命定世事最难逆料,
                                万事万物的美丽总遭摧折;
                                娇好的夏季在你身上常驻,
                                艳丽的容颜随你永不退色;
                                岁月悠悠写你永恒的诗行,
                                远避的死神对你瞠目结舌;
                                当人类耳聪目明生生不息,
                                青春伴你吟唱亘古的赞歌。

Sonnet 18

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all to short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed;
And every fair from fair sometimes declines,
By chance, or nature's changing course, untrimmed;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest,
Nor shall death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest;
So long as men can breath, or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

                            《二》

             罗伯特·彭斯(Robert Burns1759—1796)苏格兰诗人。

     点评

            诗人主要以苏格兰方言入诗,但除了词汇差异外,语言并不艰深。对爱人的思念竟然如此缠绵,以至于满脸困倦也不愿入睡;原因在于沉睡中会做恶梦,而且还耽误想念爱人的时间。

                           美好愉快的夏天

                          美好愉快的夏天,
                          百花盛开争奇斗艳;
                          溪水流过峡谷,
                          我把至爱思念。
                          醒着吧,醒着,
                          安静地醒着,满脸困倦:
                          沉睡中我一无所获,
                          沉睡中我不能把爱人想念。

                          一睡着我就做梦,
                          梦醒时我就心惊胆战;
                          沉睡中我一无所获,
                          沉睡中我不能把爱人想念。

                          又是一个孤独的夜晚,
                          所有的树叶都已安眠;
                          我把俊美的爱人思念,
                          缠绵的期盼潮润了双眼。
                          醒着吧,醒着,
                          安静地醒着,满脸困倦:
                          沉睡中我一无所获,
                          沉睡中我不能把爱人想念。

                            Tune---“Ay Waukin O”

               Simmer’s a pleasant time,

                                                  《三》

                                         请让我成为你的夏日

    点评

              爱米莉·伊丽莎白·狄金森 (Emily Elizabeth Dickinson,1830年12月10日-1886年5月15日) ,美国女诗人 ,诗风凝炼,比喻尖新。生前只发表过10首诗,默默无闻,死后近70年开始得到文学界的认真关注。愿自己变成温暖的夏日、沉寂中的音乐、永远盛开的花朵献给心中的爱人,可谓一往情深。

                                        请让我成为你的夏日,
                                        当夏日已经流逝!
                                        请让我成为你的音乐,
                                        当夜莺与鸱鸟力竭声嘶!
                                        请让我成为你的花朵,
                                        跨过坟墓,遍地摇曳花枝!
                                        请将我采撷吧--银莲花--
                                        你的花--为你盛开永无终止!

Summer for Thee, Grant I May Be

Summer for thee, grant I may be
When Summer days are flown!
Thy music still, when Whipporwill
And Oriole -- are done!
For thee to bloom, I'll skip the tomb
And row my blossoms o'er!
Pray gather me --
Anemone --
Thy flower -- forevermore!

          The Birds' Rondel

Now welcome, summer, with thy sunshine soft,
This wintry weather thou wilt overtake,
And drive away the night so long and black!
Saint Valentine, thou who art crowned aloft,
The little birds are singing for thy sake;
Now welvome, summer, with thy sunshine soft,
This wintry weather thou wilt overtake.
They have good reason to be glad, and oft,
Since each has found his mate in bush and brake.
O blissfully they sing when they awake;
Now welcome, summers with thy sunshine soft,
This wintry weather thou wilt overtake,
And drive away the night so long and black!
