Travel to the Philippines

The giant roc opened up its huge wings
Carried me up towering into the sky
Just a blink, the capital city was far away
I crossed the south sea in no time
The island country of the Philippines
A neighbor so near that cock crow can be heard
Numerous flowers all around
Beautiful girls drifted like colorful clouds
Mountains were greener than jade
Sea water bluer than clear sky
Collected pearls and shells on the beach
Happily showered in a sun-rain
Looked up in the sky
It seemed had been washed so much clean
Skin tanned by the hot sunshine
Thoughts was gone with the north-ward wind
Seeing the gulls missed into the northern sky
A hidden blame to forefathers emerged in my mind
Zhen He and Zhen Cheng-gong
Why didn’t they develop China’s border to this land?
Everybody is greedy
I can’t get rid of the convention
Inferring from my feeling
Surely people in other countries would have similar emotion
The treasures and resources under the sea water
Thousands of billions of dollars it may worth
Several countries around the South China Sea
Declare or claim their sovereignties
I can only pray that may no warfare in the future
Cherish peace forever
Resources may be shared and enjoyed
Interests should be discussed in negotiations
Noting but for fear that my own good will
Can hardly abate the irresistible greediness

周遭三四国，皆言属自己。
唯祈莫开战，和平当珍惜。
资源可共享，协商分利益。
只怕善良愿，难敌贪婪欲。
