Under the Lion Rock

The colossus is shrouded in swirls.
Casually dressed in the dark brown attire,
He eroded and beaten by time.
The tides lift on high,
Like the slow waves of his mane,
Drifting into the retrospection and introspection,
Devouring hours blunt his sharp paws.
Slouching out of the habitual darkness,
In soil below or sun above,
He with a faint sneer and penetrating mind.
Through the rough rocky kloof into grey Nemea,
He is reading the signs of a good world,
A steed mounted by the armored knight.

Only the winner truly gains the right to center stage.
He is losing the way for centuries,
His narrowing lids conceal even.
The brooding hush wakes,
And vanishes into an immensity of fluid indigo,
The light of passion which echoes upon the sea,
Destiny's wish has not been fulfilled yet.
He shall bring the proud to the dust,
Constant, but ever changing,
He shall raise the weak to the spheres.
Along a zigzagged path,
The existence will be just idylling,
Timbre and rhythm bewitching now.

Notes:
"Lion Rock": A mountain in Hong Kong. It is located between Kowloon Tong of Kowloon and Tai Wai of the New Territories, and is 495 metres (1,624 ft) high. The peak consists of granite covered sparsely by shrubs. The Kowloon granite, which includes Lion Rock, is estimated to be around 140 million years old. " Under the Lion Rock" is a Cantopop song by Hong Kong singer Roman Tam. It was composed and arranged by Joseph Koo, with lyrics written by James Wong.
"Nemea": An ancient site in the northeastern part of the Peloponnese, in Greece. Formerly part of the territory of Cleonae in ancient Argolis, it is today situated in the regional unit of Corinthia. The Nemean lion was a vicious monster in Greek mythology that lived at Nemea.
"Armored Knight":  A very thin, humanoid Heartless clad from head to toe in black, grey, and silver armor. Its spherical, pitch-black head and glowing, yellow eyes are visible in its helmet, and there are two red spirals decorating its visor. It also carries a sword with a gold guard and handle.
