【汉英微型诗】 羊与草

青衫来客

大地，还是用earth好。

自娱自乐

ground  和 wind 只能说是勉强凑韵，那是因为两词在词尾都含有nd, 就好像有时找不到合适的词时，为了凑韵而不得不转词性，在某些词后面加 -ing 或 -ly 以及 - er.  但从精益求精的角度来看，应该尽量避免。
总而言之，‘难’难于上青天啊！:P

写这种英语诗，有点像写平仄古汉语诗了。如果全部心思放在上面，内容很可能就顾不到了。

The grass says, “ I greet rain in the name of the ground”.

A goat says, “In the name of the grass I thank spring wind”.

Well, not to talk about whether the version is fit or not, just touch upon something in regard to how to write English stuff.
You only need to write two short sentences here, but you used the phrase like 'in the name of' twice, which should be discouraged,  another word, try best to eschew...

Tentative suggestion
'on behalf of' for the second line.

没没没，绝对没这意思呐。您的汉语诗我也特喜欢呐。我只是比较了这首诗歌里的汉语部分和英文部分，感觉英文部分更有诗感，音韵上的。所以多嘴了。请喝好茶，请消消气...
