I watch your glistening eyes thro’ distance.  （in the distance?）（对，用“in the distance" 合乎语法。）
Above the moon in the glossy river,  
We stare off without a tentative caress. （gaze at each other? without a warm embrace?）（stare off 是“一见光”的看法）
As your sentiment blooms in the screen, （on the screen?）（对，应该是“on the screen" 网上屏幕）
My broken heart is a rippling moon.
当你的伤感在屏上开花，
我破碎的心宛如荡漾的月亮。（英语讲“heart break" ,中国习惯是”断肠”）

我已断肠，一如涟波的月亮。这个译文表明“断肠的我像月亮”，原诗是说“那颗心像月亮”。
古人用“断肠”或“肝肠寸断”之类，现代人常用“心碎”。
heart-broken: 断肠、伤心、心碎
broken heart: 破碎的心
