假如天空撒满阳光，
脑海会有祈雨的念想：
让往日清凉的雨滴，
再次溅落我们的面庞。
假如世界装满音乐，
胸中会有求静的愿望：
让一段甜蜜的宁静，
打断那无休无止的歌唱。
假如生活充满欢乐，
心头会有思变的意向：
让灵魂躲开腻烦的欢笑，
在悲伤的怀里悄悄释放。

Our faces would be fain
To feel once more upon them
The cooling splash of rain.
If all the world were music,

If life were always merry,
