自娱自乐

寄書長不達　況乃未休兵

Letters never arrive, though take ages long,
That is because the war is still going on.

自娱自乐

The travelling cut off from where the battle drums,
For this fall at frontier only the geese’s cry comes.
From tonight the dews look increasingly white,
Yet in my homeland only the moon is bright.  
Now all apart my brothers and I go,
Yet alive or not nobody in the know.
