同题诗翻译《芙蓉楼送辛渐》（王昌龄）

In the version of Aesop's Fables that is best known to us today is George Fyler Townsend's 1867 translation. Townsend gives the Wolf in Sheep's Clothing fable this way:
Once upon a time a Wolf resolved to disguise his appearance in order to secure food more easily. Encased in the skin of a sheep, he pastured with the flock deceiving the shepherd by his costume. In the evening he was shut up by the shepherd in the fold; the gate was closed, and the entrance made thoroughly secure. But the shepherd, returning to the fold during the night to obtain meat for the next day, mistakenly caught up the Wolf instead of a sheep, and killed him instantly.


Watch out! A wolf in human's clothing :P :P :P

Like a piece of crystal ice in a jade vase where lays my heart.
这句直译出来就是：如一片玉壶之冰放在我心
原文是说一片心（不是一片冰），还有人说一片好心，一片苦心，
老外好像就不会这样说了（比尔盖茨会说一片好芯 呵呵）
所以小的认为，不该直译一片二字
我想 娱先生这样翻译
也许是为了凑韵 对吗
从这个意义上说 我不太热衷找韵脚
当然 我不排除有嫉妒你的才华的嫌疑 嘿嘿

Yes, not terribly good, it is always a challeng for me to render allusion well.

A cold rain mingled with the Wu River last night,
I saw you off through lonely Chu hills this morn.
Should my friends in Luoyang ask if I am all right,
Tell them in a jade pot my pure heart remains lorn.
