Grammatically speaking, dream flight is correct. Dream eight is an instance.  You know dream eight , don't  you?

But it is really a different thing.
Dream eight or team means they are simply the best,but what does dream flight mean here? best /most qualified flight? hehehe

Dream team and dream boat all mean the best quality of sth, right?

Actually, dream-boat means (old fashioned, informal) a man who is very attractive, hehehe, so you can't use it.
