vie for 是个好词组，俺也喜欢用，你没看听见俺的称赞吗？:P
好，就算 vie for supremacy ok, = 争奇斗艳，那么你的那个‘fully', 就如你所说得那样，‘I have to find a word to rhyme with early' , 你不得不承认这是一个败笔。

The discussion between you and me is really useful at least for me. I quite appreciate your patience and goodwill. And thank you ever so mcuh. By the way, ever used her e is definitely not in the negative form. I feel that  it is a word can be used to strengthen one's sentiments.

I think it is much better to put the verse this way as you suggested, is that so?

Yes, ever so / ever such (informal expression,especially British English) = really / very
so you can say ever so lushly, for ever virtually qualifies the 'so' and the 'adj"
She looked ever so smart or he is ever such a nice man, so on and so forth

Well, where is 明日?
come early in the morn /morning = 早上早点来 I have no problems with it at all.

其实，我们这个所谓的‘翻译笔会’就是应该这样，大家除了讲点‘肉麻的话’外，都应该踊跃发言，可以‘挑刺和批评’也可以奖励‘出彩和亮点’。只有这样大家才能交流翻译心得和切磋翻译技巧。可是现在呢，都是些废话，纯属灌水。

所以就是我们俩人在唱二人转了，好在还不是独角戏。我非常喜欢我们之间的讨论，我愿意您永远是我的第一读者和批评者。我这个人的最大特点就是敢于献丑，也敢于亮相，有时候也出彩。哈哈，我说的是实话吗？但是我现在就是时间太少了，我想过一段时间把主要精力放在这里，我们好好研究一些作品的翻译，搞出一点能让我们自己高兴，别人看着眼馋的东西来。至于明日嘛，那个英文词你知道我会写，但是就是不想用。第一，也是最关键的，加上tomorrow或 the next morn这个句子太长；第二也是很重要的，就是别人能理解。诗，尤其是近体律绝，讲究‘疏可间马，密不透风。’也就是说，该细则细，该粗则粗。我比较喜欢许渊冲先生的翻译，你看他翻译的李白送孟浩然那首中被誉为千古丽句的’烟花三月下扬州‘ 就是一个典型的意译“My friend  in March will go to Yangzhou, where red with flower and green with willow." 我想，如果按照其他方法也能翻译出来，但是许先生翻译的不漂亮吗？青衫先生目前没有什么理论，只是能翻译一点东西。哈哈，你的看法呢？

许先生有的东西真的相当不错，但是当人们把他作为一名专家和内行来看时，他又有太多的作品不尽人意，这也是不争的事实。毕竟，人无完人嘛。
逸士的有些东西我认为要好过与那些大师的。
同样，你和我在选词上肯定会有不同，应该讲每个人都不同，只有这样才能使这项活动富有生机。老是你好我好大家好，又有什么意义呢？
