ASCENDING THE STORK TOWE

The sun is setting aside the mountain,
The Yellow River is flowing to the sea.
If you want to enjoy the pretty sights in plain view,

You must continue to go upstairs.

德文俺不懂，让懂行的来评论。

英文版，第一行的 sun setting on the mountain? 第二行的 flowing 和 rolling 有点词义重复。第三行的 a more higher floor? 为什么要 attain to? attain sth

再说，attain 用在这儿合适吗？
